We exist to continue providing our customers with “things that only we can do” to contribute to their technological advancement.

We continue to set and fulfill goals and seek to do greater work to advance, apply, and innovate our technology to create value for our customers.

Our Mission

  1. Creating Value for Customers

    Based on the belief that the value we provide is determined by the perceptions of the customers who use it, we continue to create new value and realize customer expectations by proactively investing knowledge of the processes used by our customers.

  2. Gratitude and Contribution to Society

    We sincerely and honestly fulfill our responsibilities to our “customers, financial institutions, shareholders, business partners, employees and their families, and society,” increase our corporate value, and work to become an important member of society.

  3. Improvement of Employees’ Competence

    As long as our imagination lasts, we can continue to offer our customers “things that only we can do” forever. We value the principle of healthy creative competition, where diverse values are recognized and opportunities are given equally.

Guiding Principles for Organizational Management

  1. Always act with sincerity in what we can offer our customers.

    Develop customer value through organizational actions that have channels of interaction with customers, and act with sincerity to receive appropriate helpfulness fees through customer satisfaction.

  2. Profit is an important means to achieve a purpose.
    Strive to obtain profits that are appropriate to the purpose.

    Profit is a condition for the survival of a company, just like oxygen, water, and blood are necessary for the human body. Create an efficient system to constantly supply fresh oxygen, water, and blood.

  3. Act in a way that is trusted by society.

    We are supported by many people, including customers, business partners, shareholders, and financial institutions. Conduct our business activities by fair means in order to meet the expectations of those who support us and to earn their trust.

  4. Continue to boldly challenge the changes in society and to transform ourselves.

    Society continues to change. The only thing that does not change is “change” itself. Accept change with open arms and continue to boldly take up the challenge. We can find a way to open up the future by constantly and actively changing our ways, starting over, and proving the effectiveness of our efforts.

  5. Develop truly independent human resources and do work that gathers collective wisdom.

    If the roots and trunk are strong, healthy branches and leaves will grow. Excessive kindness will nip the buds of self-reliance. Develop human resources who know the limits of individuals, and have the capacity and breadth of mind to learn humbly from customers, from the world, and from colleagues.

  6. Create a corporate culture that respects the individual and shares our management philosophy as a common value.

    The direction and framework of management must be changed to suit the times. People are the main players in creating, implementing, and achieving results. Recognize each other’s values as partners who work together for a common purpose, regardless of age, position, gender, etc. Create a work environment in which individuals can be independent, maintain order as a whole, appropriately share responsibilities and roles, and work vigorously.

    It is important to humbly learn that everyone except yourself is a customer. Always be ambitious, learn from the lessons of many people inside and outside the company, recognize your role and responsibility with professionalism, and continue to act proactively and boldly to the best of your ability.

    Always thinking, devising, and improving “how to make people happy” is a valuable job.

  3. Respect each other’s individuality and create a lively workplace.

    You are the only one of you in the world. Your unique role is your individuality. You can fulfill your mission only when you show your individuality.

Brand Logo

EXL

The brand logo is a three-dimensional design of the molecular structure of water (H2O) as an image motif of fluid control.

The circle in the center represents the oxygen atom (O) and our technological development capabilities, the two intersecting circles represent the hydrogen atoms (H) and our sales and manufacturing capabilities, and the entire mark represents Techno Excel’s consistent and comprehensive capabilities.

This logo is designed with flowing lines. Overall, it expresses the “flow of fluid” and the “positiveness” of Techno Excel, which dynamically moves toward the future.
